I didn’t start out with all the answers. When I first stepped into leadership, I had more questions than solutions. Over time, I learned growth isn’t about having it all figured out — it’s about asking the right questions, learning constantly, and taking steps forward, even when things feel messy. The more I grew, the more I could help others do the same.

A Little About Me

I’m a wife and mom of two, most nights on a sports field cheering on my kids. I love time at the lake, being in nature, and spending time with my family. My favorite coworker hands down is my 13-year-old yellow lab at my feet. Travel is a passion (though not as often as I’d like), and I get genuinely excited to help people see opportunities, solve problems, and gain clarity. My clients often tell me they can see that excitement in my eyes when I’m sharing something new or a fresh perspective.
I grew up in a family that built businesses from scratch — from setting up statewide service routes to navigating conflict, learning from other business owners, and ultimately growing and selling companies. I’ve seen firsthand what works — and what doesn’t — when it comes to building a business that actually functions. That experience shaped my approach: processes, systems, communication, and strategic thinking are everything.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked with marketing agencies and business owners across industries like oil and gas, seafood, engineering, manufacturing, restaurants, agriculture, interior design, marine services, and more. I know that in business, the real challenges often resemble an onion — everything is layered, connected, and needs to work together.

I thrive on putting the right people in the right seats. I’ve seen what happens when it’s done wrong: people second-guessed, treated like numbers, or made to feel expendable. And I’ve seen the flip side — when people are respected, trusted, and supported, amazing things happen. You can’t pay someone to genuinely care; you have to find the right people and invest in them.
I often work with solopreneurs, but I also support serial entrepreneurs running multiple businesses. I act as a bridge and a safe space — somewhere they can dump ideas that might terrify their teams, think out loud, and explore possibilities without stressing anyone else. Being outside the day-to-day allows me to help process ideas strategically while the business keeps running smoothly.
